Coworker AI Assistant

A personal AI assistant, available on the web and native mobile apps, that helps with writing, planning, research, and everyday tasks.

Problem

People juggling everyday tasks, creative work, coding, and business operations needed one place to get help drafting messages, planning, and researching, instead of switching between scattered tools and one-off prompts.

Approach

We designed and built Coworker end to end: a personal AI assistant with a web app and native Android and iOS apps, tailored to different roles and workflows, from daily planning and writing to coding and business tasks, and deployed it to production.

Outcome

  • One AI assistant covering planning, writing, research, and role-specific workflows
  • Available on the web and as native Android and iOS apps with synced conversations
  • Built and shipped end to end, live in production today

Computer Vision Platform

A computer vision platform for real-time detection and recognition, from people counting to hospital dress-code checks and facial recognition for security.

Problem

Organizations, hospitals, and security teams each needed automated visual monitoring, counting foot traffic, verifying operating-theatre dress-code compliance, and identifying individuals, but were relying on manual checks that were slow and inconsistent.

Approach

We built a computer vision platform that adapts the same detection and recognition core to each context: counting people passing through a space for organizations, verifying operating-theatre dress-code compliance for hospitals, and matching faces against a known set for security use cases.

Outcome

  • High detection accuracy across people counting, dress-code checks, and facial recognition
  • Real-time processing, fast enough for live monitoring and immediate alerts
  • Runs on cost-effective on-premises hardware, well below the cost of cloud-based processing

Enterprise Data Platform

An enterprise data-management system that brings operational information, reporting, analytics, and visualization into one platform.

Problem

Operational data was scattered across legacy fieldbus and serial-port equipment, remote sites, and disconnected spreadsheets, leaving no single reliable view for reporting, auditing, or remote troubleshooting.

Approach

We built an enterprise data-management platform that bridges legacy serial and fieldbus devices with modern IoT and cloud sources under one configuration-driven system, so new data sources, workflows, and reporting views can be added without custom development. A zero-trust model authenticates, authorizes, and logs every interaction, and historical records are retained centrally so authorized staff can search past values from anywhere.

Outcome

  • One platform bridges legacy fieldbus and serial devices with modern IoT and cloud data sources
  • Zero-trust access model authenticates, authorizes, and logs every interaction across the system
  • Authorized staff review live and historical data remotely, supporting faster, fact-based decisions

IoT

IoT Prototype Development

End-to-end design and development of connected-device prototypes, including PCB design, for consumer and industrial equipment.

Problem

Consumer and industrial product teams had a working idea for a connected device but no in-house hardware and firmware engineering to turn it into something they could actually test, demo, and validate before committing to production tooling.

Approach

We designed and built IoT prototypes end-to-end, from concept, hardware selection, and PCB design through firmware and wireless connectivity, tailoring each build to its context: compact and consumer-friendly for products people use directly, ruggedized and serviceable for equipment running on a factory or field floor.

Outcome

  • Working prototypes ready for real-world testing and stakeholder demos
  • Consumer and industrial builds matched to their own constraints: form factor, durability, connectivity
  • A validated design and custom PCB, ready to hand off to manufacturing and production partners

Security Assessment

Independent security assessments and penetration testing for public websites and organizations, finding weaknesses before attackers do.

Problem

Public-facing websites and organizations needed an independent, adversarial check that their applications and infrastructure could hold up against a real attacker, not just a review from a team already familiar with the system.

Approach

We ran hands-on security assessments and penetration tests against production websites and infrastructure, probing authentication, input handling, access controls, and configuration for exploitable weaknesses, then worked directly with each team to reproduce, prioritize, and close what we found.

Outcome

  • Exploitable vulnerabilities identified and remediated before they could be used against the organization
  • Findings delivered as clear, reproducible reports engineering teams could act on directly
  • Fixes re-tested to confirm each vulnerability was actually closed, not just patched on paper

Row of retail digital signage screens with live online status and a content management dashboardIoT

IoT

Digital Signage System

A cloud-based signage platform for managing live content, device operations, and performance analytics across retail locations.

Problem

Retail and office teams were updating signage the hard way, swapping files screen by screen, with no shared view of what was actually playing or whether a display had gone dark.

Approach

We built a cloud-based digital signage platform that puts content creation, scheduling, and device management behind one dashboard, so a non-technical team member can design a layout, schedule it, and publish it to any screen, or every screen, in the network.

Outcome

  • One dashboard to create, schedule, and publish across the whole screen network
  • Store and office staff publish updates themselves, no developer or IT ticket required
  • Live device status and playback visibility, so a dark screen never goes unnoticed

Modern Web Solutions

Modern, responsive websites and web applications for organizations and e-commerce storefronts, built for performance and easy updates.

Problem

Organizations and small businesses needed a professional, fast website or online store but had no in-house web team, and their existing sites were slow to load and slower to update.

Approach

We designed and built modern, responsive websites and web applications, from information architecture and design through to checkout and content workflows, so a non-technical team can keep each site current without waiting on a developer for every change.

Outcome

  • Fast, responsive sites and storefronts built on a modern, maintainable stack
  • Non-technical staff update content and products themselves, without a developer
  • Sites built for performance and search visibility from day one
