A local-first medication, vitals, and appointment tracker for individuals, families, and caregivers. Health records are held in an encrypted database on the device - there is no account, no backend, and no cloud sync. Dose reminders, vital-sign trends, appointments, and care-recipient profiles all work offline, and a free passphrase-encrypted backup can be written to a folder you pick or straight to your own Google Drive.
